General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Borrowing of a melon sword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Revanrose6 will allow Mattbrpqc to borrow her melon sword named “LightSaber” whenever she is not using it. Revanrose6 reserves the right to legally void this contract for any reason at all and cancel the deal.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Mattbrpqc agrees to place LightSaber in the specified chest labeled LightSaber. The chest is located in WolfValley at x= -10167 Y= 64 Z=7638. Mattbrpqc will give Revanrose6 LightSaber whenever she asks. The sword will be left in the chest when Mattbrpqc logs off. If it is not in the chest for whatever reason, the sword is the be returned as soon as possible and the contract may be voided at that point by Revanrose6. Mattbrpqc takes full responsibility every time he borrows the sword for anything that happens to the sword.


Mattbrpqc will return the sword fixed everytime.

In the event the sword goes missing, breaks, or is stolen while in Mattbrpqc’s possession Mattbrpqc will owe RevanRose6 a new melonsword with Efficiency 5, Silk 1, Unbreak 3 on it, named LightSaber or 400k, or 1000 Nether Stars with an Unbreak 3 book. If the sword does need to be replaced by Mattbrpqc he will have 2 weeks to do so. In the event it is not replaced in two weeks Mattbrpqc will have an additional week, this week will come at a price of an additional 20k. Finally, if this is not paid off after the 3rd week Mattbrpqc will be found in breach of contract. After serving his ban, as per this contract, Mattbrpqc agrees to sign a new contract in order for him to be unbanned. This contract will include up to a 50k additional fee ontop of the previously mentioned fees and melon sword return.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
