General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure that harryhaz1 completes all tasks required of him upon the event of his unban.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
My task is to ensure to the best of my ability that harryhaz1 completes all the tasks that are required of him to ensure his unban.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Harryhaz1 agrees that he is to purchase two (2) $10 ECC giftcards for the user WolvieD2GMark and has until the donations processing immediately after a 48 hour period to his unbanning to ensure to the best of his ability that the ECC gift card credits are added to the WolvieD2GMark's Credits by this time, in the event of these before mentioned terms not being fulfilled harryhaz1 has agreed to accept a ban without any chance of appeal. Harryhaz1 also agrees that upon being unbanned he is to be escorted to a town by the user 7amoodw to build a 200x200 farm within 3 days of being escorted to the location.

7amoodw agrees that he will permit the unbanning of the user Harryhaz1 in exchange for a 200x200 farm floor to be completed within 3 days beginning at the time that 7amoodw adds harryhaz1 to the town and also agrees to ensure that harryhaz1 is brought to the location that the farm floor is to be built at the time of adding him to the town.

WolvieD2GMark agree that he will permit the unbanning of the user Harryhaz1 in exchange for two (2) $10 ECC giftcards that are required to have been processed during or before the donation processing that next occures after a 48 hour period has passed from the time of harryhaz1's unban and on the terms that harryhaz1 will receive his self imposed ban without any chance of appeal upon the event that his agreement to purchase the gift cards for WolvieD2GMark are not added to the users credits within the allotted time limit.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
I agree, and will attempt to enforce the terms outlined in this contract to the best of my ability.
