Users Involved in this Contract: MrPinpointJr General Purpose of Contract: This is to document our arrangement. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I OmniCrafter agree to the following terms. 1. I will provide $100,000 in game money downpayment on a Melon +Sword. 2. I will make 2 additional $50,000 payments, one a week for two weeks or sooner. The total is $200,000 ECC 3. The Melon Sword must be provided to OmniCrafter in advance of the first $100,000 downpayment in order to avoid wasting both Omni's and Mod's time on potential scams. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Omni 1. Agrees to provide OmniCrafter a real Melon+Sword 2. Agree to provide OmniCrafter the melon sword for inspection BEFORE OmniCrafter pays any money. If real $100,000 will be immediately paid to MrPinPointJr as a downpayment. Omni will then keep the Melon +Sword and payments will begin based on the contract schedule. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
