IGN: OmniCrafter Users Involved in this Contract: MrPinpointJr General Purpose of Contract: This is to document our arrangement. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I OmniCrafter agree to the following terms. 1. I will provide $100,000 in game money downpayment on a Melon Sword. 2. I will make 2 additional $50,000 payments, one a week for two weeks or sooner. The total is $200,000 ECC 3. The Melon Sword must be provided to OmniCrafter in advance of the first $100,000 downpayment in order to avoid wasting both Omni's and Mod's time on potential scams. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: MrPinpointJr 1. Agrees to provide OmniCrafter a real Melon Sword purchased from the server at some previous point for 1000 NStars. 2. Agrees to provide OmniCrafter the melon sword for inspection BEFORE OmniCrafter pays any money. If real $100,000 will be immediately paid to MrPinPointJr as a downpayment. Omni will then keep the Melon Sword and payments will begin based on the contract schedule. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
