IGN: sick24 Users Involved in this Contract: marcshpoint31 General Purpose of Contract: To make a safe trade, and to provide proof of renting. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will rent my melon sword to marcshpoint31 for two hours and they will pay 10k . The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: marcsh will pay $10k for 2 hours of using the sword and will return the sword upon my request. marcsh will pay me 10k before I give him the sword. If the sword is lost or broken, he/she will pay me 400k and he/she will pay this sum within 2 weeks. For every 10 min over the collection time 1k will be added as a late fee. The user will also need to use his balance to pay for repairs. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
