All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: outline negotiations in my transfer of donation features at a 4k/usd ratio for every donation feature given (upto 150usd but no less than 100 for the for at least extcommands, excommands+, and possibly pyro, pyro+, and /feed) to @upmoon he will have to pay 4k/usd at the end of 4months (121.747 days) (the four months do not start until extcommands and extcommands+ are given) however if @upmoon pays it (30) days earlier than the dead line 100k will be given back to him <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: buying @upmoon at least 100usd and at most 150usd(extcommands, excommands+, and possibly pyro, pyro+, and /feed) and if payment is done before 4months (121.747 days) (the 4 months will start as soon as extcommands and extcommands+ are given to @upmoon ) 100k will be refunded back to @upmoon (failure to do so i will buy @upmoon another donation feature worth 30-60 dollars of worth of donation features within another 2 weeks of final payback) <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @upmoon pay 4k/usd per given worth of the donation features within 4months (121.747 days) <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. As of 9:50AM CST i have deposited 113.75 of donation features into @upmoon the 4k/usd payback will start as of 10:30AM CST a sign has been placed into @upmoon 's town with 600 stone in it at a payment of 1k per stone at this time 455000 is expected to be deposited i am placing a sign saying so in @upmoon 's town i donate more money in donation features to @upmoon i will change the amount needed paid back have fun with the donation features

As this contract is not definitive, offering $100-150 of unnamed features, we have already advised @FGHJTYUI that it was not viable to accept the contract as it is written, and with how it is worded also, if he were not to have funds IRL to donate when @upmoon requested that would put him in an unfair breach of contract. It was suggested that the agreement be reworded to be more specific, to include the features being bought, for what amount, and when payment was due, then, when more features are being bought, a new contract made in regards to them. @FGHJTYUI you indicated you would speak with @upmoon regarding this. If you have not already, please do so now.
