I @oxwood2 will allow for a payment of 410k by January 21, 2015. I @oxwood2 will create a payment sign at /warp demeterparadise in legacy. (/tppos -952 64 -9553 in legacy) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ninjaboy3113 will pay @oxwood2 310k within 24 hours of contract's approval. @Ninjaboy3113 will pay @oxwood2 410k via payment signs by January 21, 2015. If @oxwood2 is not paid by that time, @Ninjaboy3113 will owe a further 50k by January 28, 2015. After that, it will be a breach of contract and a complaint will be filed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
