General Purpose of Contract:
The safe purchase of Warp to "SandFordNorth"

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @JrHockey17, will provide @xX3PICREBELXx a total of 45k ECD within a day of this contract accepted.
5k of the money, will be used a payment for @xX3PICREBELXx filing of applications.
The rest of the money (40k) , will be used to purchase a warp for the town of "SandfordNorth"
@JrHockey17, the current town mayor, will approve @xX3PICREBELXx warp application, even though @xX3PICREBELXx isn't mayor, but rather original owner.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The original owner of "SandFordNorth", @xX3PICREBELXx, will file a warp application for the town.
@xX3PICREBELXx will file a replica of the following app, immediately after the player has received payment of 45k:

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
