IGN: @Delucaco Users Involved in this Contract: @Delucaco and @ConferateBoys General Purpose of Contract: The safe sale of a Star Rod over a payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Delucaco agree to provide @ConferateBoys with the star rod after receiving $150,000 from him. I also agree to set up a sign at /warp chillsville for him to pay $700,000 in $100,000 increments. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @ConferateBoys agrees to provide me with $150,000 prior to receiving the star rod and then agrees to provide @Delucaco with the remaining $700,000 by December 16th, 2014 into his sign at /warp chillsville. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Is this still needed @Delucaco ? If so @ConferateBoys needs to properly agree to the contract and you might want to change the dates of the repayment instead of being 16th December to reflect this contract not being completed in a timely fashion. Thanks
