General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Star Rod (Unbreaking 3 Lure 8 Luck of the Sea 5)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will sell my Star Rod to @KvBillo for a down payment of $95,000 with a 4 week payment plan of $605,000, so a total of $700,000. I also agree to give my Star Rod once the contract has been accepted & start the payment plan with @KvBillo

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@KvBillo will pay an initial down payment of $95,000 to start the payment plan. During the 4 week payment plan, @KvBillo agrees to pay a minimum of $151,250/week for the next 4 weeks. If he fails to pay $151,250/week, he will owe $2,500/day in late fees.
If he fails to pay off the $605,000 in 4 weeks, he must return the Star Rod back to @shrinkwrap4me. If not completed, a complaint will be filed against @KvBillo for breach of conctract. He will also make payments at the coords of x: -5587 y: 63 z: 3307 in the Legacy World. @KvBillo also agrees to keep the Star Rod in the chest, whenever it's not in use, at the coords of x: -5584 y: 63 z: 3306 in the Legacy World.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
