IGN: @slvrplme Users Involved in this Contract: @slvrplme @Aaron_Mifsud General Purpose of Contract: @Aaron_Mifsud is buying @slvrplme 's Eff 7 Pickaxe. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @slvrplme agree to give @Aaron_Mifsud my Eff 7 Pickaxe (Star Pick) named 'Slvr's Eff7' via a /cmodified private chest when he gives me 800 nstars, after this contract is approved by a mod. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The user @Aaron_Mifsud agrees to give @slvrplme 800 nstars in exchange for his Eff 7 Pickaxe named 'Slvr's Eff7'. He also agrees to pay @slvrplme 30k a day over the spam of 2 weeks- totalling 300k by 14 days. The signs will be located at the foot of the statue at the town Destined. The user @Aaron_Mifsud agrees that if he does not pay @slvrplme back the 300k by 14 days, he will have to pay an extra 20k/day late fees. The user @Aaron_Mifsud also agrees to give @slvrplme co-ownership of his towns 'brokenhill' and 'diamond_valley' while he is paying off the 300k in 14 days. He is not allowed to remove @slvrplme from these towns until the full payment of 300k has been completed. If @slvrplme is removed from these 2 towns before the full payment is completed, it will be counted as a breach of contract. If 800 nstars + 300k is not paid by 14 days to @slvrplme , @Aaron_Mifsud will have a user complaint filed against them. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
@slvrplme , Before I can accept this contract, few things must be edited / clarified. Where Aaron is to agree to certain terms, you use the phrase "I Aaron", you are not Aaron, you are yourself. Please fix it, a suitable term may be : "The user Aaron". Also, the donation chest part, needs more clarification. As you know no one can take items from your donation chest. Thus this may be a loophole. If it's Aaron's donation chest, specify that please. Or it could be a Locked Chest where Aaron is modified to it. Thanks.
