IGN: @slvrplme Users Involved in this Contract: @Maulfire @8MasterBlaster8 General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of an Efficiency 7 Pickaxe on a Payment Plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @Maulfire and @8MasterBlaster8 my Efficiency 7 pickaxe once either of them pays me $260,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Maulfire or @8MasterBlaster8 will give me $260,000 for my Efficiency 7 pickaxe. Then over a week span, they will pay me $540,000 in total with 77k a day. Payments will be paid via a signs at /warp destined. For every day late, an extra late fee of 10k a day will be incurred. Failure to pay back the money will result in @slvrplme submitting a user complaint on both users, causing them to face a possible ban. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
