IGN: @XxDiamondxBackxX Users Involved in this Contract: @XxDiamondxBackxX @heroman13987 General Purpose of Contract: To ensure that both parties fully understand and sign to the terms listed below so that the town transaction is successful. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I will hold the town called "condos" in legacy until all payments are made. -Add/remove members to the town as requested by mail as i have time. -Once the payments are completed hand over the complete ownership of condos to the desired player as selected by @heroman13987 or himself if he has obtained the resident rank and remove myself as owner. Or I may be reported/ banned for breach of contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: -Make minimum weekly payments of $20,000 ECC in-game dollars to the sign designated as payment plan at the coordinates-6757,105,-9071 in the legacy world. Failure to pay the weekly amount will result in an additional $5,000 ECC in-game dollars to be added up to 2 times. At the third time is considered breach of contract and player may be reported. The payments must be as follows: by sept 25th $20,000 paid by oct 2nd $40,000 paid by oct 9th $60,000 paid by oct 16th $80,000 paid by oct 23rd Fully paid -Pay a total of $85,000 ECC in-game dollars. Or may be reported/ banned for breach of contract. -To avoid all demolition of any part of the farms until full payment has been made. May be reported for grief/ banned for breach of contract. If banned Contract will be revoked and all payments made will be nonrefundable. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes

@heroman13987 You need to tag yourself when you agree. Put an @ before your name on your agreement. @XxDiamondxBackxX -You need to tag yourself in the first line(IGN), add an @ in front of your name. -You need to provide more detail at the location of the payment sign, list the town name, precise coordinates, what world it is in and/or provide the name of the warp that the sign is at. -You also need to provide a precise date and/or time that the weekly payments are due. -You also need to define when the late-fees end and it becomes "Breach of Contract". After the information is added, all participating parties will need to resign the contract.
