I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @shrinkwrap4me, will sell my Efficiency 7 Diamond Pick to @TMGLimitless for $1,050,000 on a 1 week (7 day) payment plan upon the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @TMGLimitless agrees to pay me, @shrinkwrap4me, $380,002 upfront upon the approval of this contract.. Then @TMGLimitless will pay $699,998 on a 1 week (7 day) payment plan. @TMGLimitless will pay a minimum of $95,714/day at the coordinates of X: 4576 Y: 63 Z; -12026. @TMGLimitless also agrees to keep the Efficiency 7 Diamond Pick in the chest at the coordinates of X: 4576 Y: 63 Z: -12027. @shrinkwrap4me Please look over your contract and edit to re-do the payment plan $95,714 is a bit to high to be payed back daily. Once you have figured that out @TMGLimitless will need to re-agree
Staff get the final say in contracts to ensure that all agreements being made are both legal and reasonable. 700k in one week is not, by our standards, reasonable. So please edit your contract to be more reasonable.
I guess this contract is not needed because @TMGLimitless personally told me he could do it in 1 week. @TMGLimitless even suggested he could do it in 1 week.
