I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay @xpurexcorex 1.3mil immediately, and then I agree to pay him 700k on a plan. The due date for the plan is November 20th. No late fees. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @xpurexcorex must agree to add and recognize me as the owner of all the four spawn towns collectively known as Stockholm (Stockholm, Stockholm2, Stockholm3, and Stockholm4). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hi @Mendiboi , I few things will beed to be changed before I can accept this contract. You will need to tag all users every time you state their names in the contract You will need to define the payment plan. It must have an end date. You will need to list the towns collectively known as Stockholm. When the contract has been edited, @xpurexcorex will need to re-agree.
