IGN: @CrazySwagMaster1 Users Involved in this Contract: @CrazySwagMaster1 @wpooney General Purpose of Contract: 350k loan, payback 600k in 30 days with late fee of 10k a day/10 days I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: /pay @wpooney 350k ecd within 24 hours of contract approval. Set up two trade signs near -3569 78 -4595 in legacy. one selling 1 stone for 600k. one selling 10 stone for 10k each. Not to render these trade signs inaccessible/add stones to them without prior agreement. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Buy the 600k stone mentioned above within 30 days of contract approval. Buy one of the 10k stone for every midnight that passes when the 600k stone is not purchased. Breach of contract has occured when the 600k stone is not paid for and 100k in late fees have accumulated (10 days late) and a complaint may be issued, if banned @wpooney will still owe 600k and 100k from the existing late fees. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @CrazySwagMaster1 agree to the above contract.
I Wpooney, Accept all condition of this contract, and will repay the 600k agreed upon by the dead line of 30 days from 5/3/16. If it comes to my payments being late I agree to pay 10k/midnight that has passed. I agree that after an accumulation of 10 missing payments that I be issued a permanent ban, and If I am to appeal this ban that I will still remain responsible for the accumulated 700k if I wish to return.
