I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I would rather have perms to the town when the 15k upfront money is paid as I will want to make money from plots too. Is this ok?
I can make a compromise: I will add you as a member when the 15k is paid but i will only add you as the owner when the full 60k is paid, is this ok?
I would rather be added as owner because there is not point in doing the payment plan if I will only get added as owner when the full payment is paid
Okay then I will add you as an owner when the 15k is paid, I will change the contract to say this, but if any payments are not made on time I will be forced to file an official complaint against you (although I am sure it will not come to this)
