This means he will be the only owner of the town and can add/remove whoever he wants. Alright, this is where I stand on this contract. First off, as this town is not the original town of frostysnow95, the server will not stop the original mayor from reclaiming this town if he has a just reason too. Secondly, if you want to sell this town, as it is not your original town, you will need proof that you have permission to sell full ownership of this town.
I bought the town originally from pbrassat17 I'd assume that since he sold it than it would be okay for me too.
I was sold this town from jbuks, who got it from the main owner (I presume), I then sold the town to frosty.
