[Contract] The safe sale and payment plan of Buddermantown

General Purpose of Contract:
The safe, secure, and proper sale of the town of Buddermantown from @Phantomine, the seller, and @GLORIOUSTACO69 , the buyer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Phantomine will accept the 150k paid over 8 weeks (this 8 weeks will start as soon as this debt is fulfilled) from @GLORIOUSTACO69 and grant him full and sole ownership of the town of Buddermantown and have all ties cut to the town. This sole ownership will happen as soon as the full amount has been received.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
(@GLORIOUSTACO69 ) I will pay @Phantomine 150k over 8 weeks in exchange for the town of Buddermantown. The payments will be received at a sign located at co-ords (X: -13920 Y:64 Z: 7015), $1000 for 1 piece of dirt x150. This 8 week period will start as soon as this debt has been fulfilled.

The full sum of 150k must be paid 8 weeks exactly after the last of this debt is fulfilled.
@Phantomine will add @GLORIOUSTACO69 as owner of Buddermantown as soon as the contract has been accepted.
@Phantomine will then remove themselves from the town once all of the money has been received.





I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
