TeamWorldEdit will be clearing the town of toaster. In total, the 50x200 area which is under the town's farm is the only area in which will be cleared. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @d_face012, agree with these lists of items -Clearing the area designated for clearing (the 50x200 area under the farm) by May 16th, 2019 The designated areas are 566 -6672 614 -6671 614 -6868 566 -6868 We will be mining to bedrock level which is level 5. Starting from level 50. -Not breaching or mining anywhere else in the town -Respond to any messages and updates given by the owners of the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: -A full payment of $190,000 to I @d_face012 24 hours as this contract is approved. Prefer if sent on the forums -Giving I, @d_face012 co-ownership of the town within 24 hours of this contract being approved to add anyone affiliated with TeamWorldEdit. Ownership and perms can be removed 24 hours after completion. -Allowing us to keep the materials we mine to ourselves. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Looks good @d_face012 , some edits though: -Instead of "50x200 area under the farm" please specify the area with coordinates. - Need a time frame for when you are to be added as co-owner to the town eg "Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted." - Change "Ownership and perms can be removed after our job." to "Ownership and perms will be removed within 24 hours of the clearing being completed." - Also remember to tag your own name where it appears in the contract.

The format you used was correct @joshual1996 you just needed to tag your name and actually agree when it says if you agree to the terms (just by typing "Yes" or "I agree" at the end).
