Terms of the contract:
@cashcarti3 will pay me 860k upon contract approval
I will then give @cashcarti3 a melon sword (itemid #K7ICP9C4) that will be owned by @Zedoker
Afterwards, @cashcarti3 will owe @Zedoker up to additional payment.
If @cashcarti3 pays by 3/21/20, he will owe @Zedoker 875k
If @cashcarti3 pays by 3/28/20, he will owe @Zedoker 890k
If @cashcarti3 pays by 4/4/20, he will owe @Zedoker 915k
If @cashcarti3 pays by 4/14/20, he will owe @Zedoker 940k

After the payment is completed, @Zedoker will have 24h to transfer ownership of the melonsword to @cashcarti3 , thus completing the contract.
If @cashcarti3 breaks/loses the melon sword, they will owe a sum of 940k to @Zedoker on top of the 860k initial payment (totalling 1.8mil)
