General Purpose of Contract: To provide proof of a Star Rod rental
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give my star rod (#IX1897PE) to @megaJuice200 for 1 month within 24 hours that this contract is approved.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @megaJuice200 will pay 11k/day for 30 days at a sign located at X:1309 Y:63 Z:-883 in rising.
- Failure to pay the 11k/day means the cumulative balance will carry over to the next day. (Ex. On day one there is a missed payment. Day two 11k is owed plus the 11k that wasn't paid. If a payment is still not made on the third day then 33k is owed.)
- At the end of 30 days after this contract is signed, if the full $330,000 is not paid, a 25% interest will be tacked onto the remaining balance and will need to be paid within a week after the rental expires.
- In case of the rod being lost or stolen, a @megaJuice200 will be required to pay 1.1mil in compensation for the lost rod in 8 weeks.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@TJanicki, there are several issues with this contract. First we need a timeframe for how long after the contract's approval the tool will be transferred. For example, "I will give my star rod (#IX1897PE) to @megaJuice200 for 1 month within 24 hours of this contract being approved".
I would also recommend adding a provision to cover what you would agree would happen in the event the starrod is lost or broken.
It is also a little confusing when and what needs to be paid as you have listed both 10k and 11k as amounts to be paid per day. So it would be helpful if you were more specific about what needs to be paid and when. And lastly your late fees need to have an end date. You have said an additional 25 percent of remaining balance will be required if it is not paid on time, but not when this is due.
Please make these changes and we can go forward. -
It's looking very good to me, one last tiny thing! When will the 1.1 million be due to be repaid in the event of the rod being lost/broken? Depending on the means megajuice200 will have to repay you, I'd suggest a period of about 6 weeks.
