General Purpose of Contract:
Safe transfer of @SKSoccer's Star Pickaxe for $675,000 to be paid on a payment plan by @Kick_Me_1235

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Upon approval of this contract, I, @SKSoccer will transfer the Star Pickaxe to @Kick_Me_1235 through a locked chest where he has been added.

Upon approval of this contract, I, @SKSoccer will create a payment sign at /warp demeterparadise for $675,000 to be traded for 1 ice.

Upon receiving ownership of @Kick_Me_1235's towns, I will not add members, interact with the town's boundaries, add owners, or do anything that an Owner of the town would normally do. However, if @Kick_Me_1235 is to scam @SKSoccer, and thereby breach the terms set forth in this contract, @SKSoccer will gain sole ownership of all of @Kick_Me_1235's towns until his ban is appealed and the Star Pickaxe has been paid off.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Kick_Me_1235 will pay the agreed upon $675,000 into the payment sign within 6 weeks of the approval of this contract. The due date for this payment will be due on or before December 6th, 2014. If this is not paid by this date, an additional $125,000 will be added onto the payment, and will be due within an additional week. If this total amount of $800,000 has not been paid, a complaint will be filed. This contract will not be void, and @Kick_Me_1235 must pay the $800,000 after his ban has been lifted, there is to be no return of the Star Pickaxe.

@Kick_Me_1235 will add @SKSoccer as an Owner of all of his towns.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
