[Contract] Selling /owned eff7 to cjmk75

General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @Lurxolt 's Efficiency VII Pickaxe /own’d by SuperAttorney on a payment plan to @cjmk75.


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @Lurxolt will sell the eff7 pickaxe #I9AB5YNT /own'd by SuperAttorney on a payment plan to @cjmk75.
• I @Lurxolt will transfer the tool #I9AB5YNT to @cjmk75 within 24 hours upon approval of this contract. If @cjmk75 is offline at that time, I will put the pickaxe into a locked chest where the payment signs are and will do /cmodify cjmk75 to add him to the chest.
• I @Lurxolt will set up a sign of 700k ecd at -9200 83 -9002 in Rising. The sign will contain 70 items for a price of 10k ecd each.
• I @Lurxolt will have to pay @cjmk75 all his paid money back in the event that SuperAttoney returns and takes the eff7 pickaxe back before the 7 weeks of the payment plan are over or all the money (700k ecd) was paid off by @cjmk75.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @cjmk75 will pay 100k to the sign at -9200 83 -9002 every week for 7 weeks starting deceber 11th, 12 am est until the 700k ecd is paid off.
• @cjmk75 agrees that failure to complete the payment may result in a complaint for scamming and he has to hand back the tool #I9AB5YNT to @Lurxolt. In this case no refunds will be made by @Lurxolt.
• If @cjmk75 breaks the eff7 pickaxe or loses it, all other payments will stop and he will owe @Lurxolt 700k ecd within 7 weeks of approval of this contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@cjmk75 I edited the contract upon our conversation in game. I added a 24 hour close as it's getting late where i live and added the chest to the payment sign area
