[Contract] Sale of Star Tool

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of @BobbyBlack's Star Pickaxe to @FuryFudge. Item ID: #JPOZMOBZ

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@FuryFudge will pay @BobbyBlack $1,000,000 ECD via forum transfer within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @FuryFudge will pay @BobbyBlack a further $650,000 ECD OR buy @BobbyBlack $100 USD worth of features after 30 days, before the 8th of February. If @FuryFudge has not yet paid off the full amount, @FuryFudge will pay a further $20k per day in late fees for a total of 7 days until the 15th of February. If the relevant amount has not been paid after the 15th of February, a complaint may be filed. Should the tool break, @FuryFudge will still owe the relevant amount.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Within 24 hours after the $1,000,000 payment has been transferred to @BobbyBlack, @BobbyBlack will leave the pickaxe in a chest at X: 128 Y: 69 Z: 591 in the Main World. @BobbyBlack will not have access to or be able to reclaim his pickaxe in any way unless there has been a breach of contract. Within 24 hours after @FuryFudge has paid the remaining $650,000 ECD or $100 USD in features, @BobbyBlack must execute the command "/own FuryFudge" on the pickaxe (Item ID: #JPOZMOBZ) and leave the pickaxe in the chest at X: 128 Y: 69 Z: 591 in the Main World. @BobbyBlack will not be allowed to take back or in any way reclaim this pickaxe if the contract terms have been met.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
