[Contract] Sale of Star Tool on Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a Star Pickaxe (ID #JTWEI0PM) from @FuryFudge to @1aughter

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@FuryFudge will give @1aughter the Star Pickaxe (ID #JTWEI0PM) within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @FuryFudge will keep ownership of the Star Pickaxe until all payments have been made. Within 24 hours of all payments having been made by @1aughter, @FuryFudge will execute the command "/own 1aughter" and @1aughter will claim ownership.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@1aughter will pay @FuryFudge $120,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.

@1aughter will pay @FuryFudge $300,000 ECD on the first week (15 April) and afterwards $200,000 per week for 7 weeks on these dates: 22 April, 29 April, 6 May, 13 May, 20 May, 27 May and 3 June - totaling $1,700,000 ECD.

The payments will be made to a sign/chest shop at X: 4309 Y:61 Z:4278 which is at /warp home in increments of $100,000. This means at least 3 payments must be made in the first week and at least 2 payments per week for the next 7 weeks.

Should the Star Pickaxe (ID #JTWEI0PM) break or in any other way fall out of @1aughter's possession, full payment will still have to be made according to the above terms.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such:
