IGN: @Magicware Users Involved in this Contract: @Genovani General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a L3 Magic Rod for $2.5 million ECD. $1.35M up front and a $1.15M payment plan due 01/11/2022. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Magicware will give @Genovani the L3 magic rod (#L94Q6RCQ) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @Genovani pays the full $2.5 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his. @Genovani will transfer $1.35M ECD immediately to @Magicware in exchange for the L3 magic rod and then have until 01/11/2022 to pay the other $2.5M ECD using a chest shop located at /Warp Appaloosa. If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @Genovani Will pay the agreed money within the allotted timeframe. If the tool is not paid off by 02/11/2022 @Magicware will be able to file a complaint.
