[Contract] Sale of Eff7 Pick

General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @EtherealSquid 's eff7 #K1VAQW1C to @_Sharpy

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will give @_Sharpy access to the eff7 #K1VAQW1C within 24 hours of approval of this contract via a chest at /warp oblivion
• I will transfer ownership of the eff7 #K1VAQW1C to @_Sharpy within 24 hours after receiving the full sum of 1,900,000 ECD plus any late fees.
• If the pick is broken, lost, or otherwise unobtainable, @EtherealSquid is not liable to provide a replacement or to transfer /own'ership for @_Sharpy

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @_Sharpy will make 10 payments of 190k ECD, at a minimum of once per Saturday to a payment chest at /warp oblivion. (Dates Oct. 26, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec. 7, 14, 21, 28) If @_Sharpy misses any of the weekly payments, a late fee of 15k ECD will be added for each missed payment.
• If the full payment including late fees is not received by Dec. 28th, @_Sharpy agrees to pay an additional late fee of 75k ECD.
• If the full payment including ALL late fees is not made by Jan 4th, 2020, @EtherealSquid may reclaim the eff7 #K1VAQW1C and file a complaint for breach of contract.
• If the pick is broken, lost, or otherwise unobtainable, @_Sharpy is still required to complete the payments as per schedule.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
