General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Eff7 Pickaxe (Eff7, Unb3, Silk1) ID #II6VU5FD For $1,100,000 on 10 Week Payment Plan.


- I (@_Smokin ) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- I agree to give @Hoboz4dayz my efficiency Eff7 Pickaxe (Eff7, Unb3, Silk1) ID #II6VU5FD via a chest located at World: Rising X:-11,003 Y:68 Z: -6,801 (hobotown) within 24 hours of @Hoboz4dayz paying $100,000 to @_Smokin

- I will add @Hoboz4dayz to the /own (ownership) of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,100,000 ECD thus giving @Hoboz4dayz FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- @Hoboz4dayz agrees to pay @_Smokin $100,000 ECD within 24 hours of the contract being approved.

- @Hoboz4dayz agrees to make the following payments of $100,000 ECD for 10 weeks. Location of signs for payment World: Rising X:-11,003 Y:68 Z: -6,801 (hobotown) set up by @_Smokin that totals up to $1,000,000 ECD

- @Hoboz4dayz agrees to not sell, rent or give the Eff7 Pickaxe to anyone until all $1,000,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @Hoboz4dayz

- @Hoboz4dayz agrees that @_Smokin has the right to reclaim the Eff7 Pickaxe without any refund of payments if any of the 10 weekly payments are not paid on time, and at that point @_Smokin can file a complaint which will result in breach of contract. Late fees may be enforced at a rate of $5,000 per day late for up to a week for each payment.

- @Hoboz4dayz agrees that if the Eff7 Pickaxe is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off with the 10 week payment plan.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
