    Terms of the contract:
    • @WeirdBuilder will provide @David_Torento an Eff.7 Pickaxe (#K7TF8FNC) and transfer official ownership (/own) within 24hrs of contract approval.
    • @David_Torento will pay @WeirdBuilder $1,650,000 ECD within 24hrs of contract approval and agrees to the following payment plan:
      • 200k due by 3/22/20
      • 200k due by 3/29/20
      • 200k due by 4/5/20
    • In total, a sum of 2,250,000 ECD will be paid by @David_Torento to @WeirdBuilder by 4/5/2020.
