General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of charlestown

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide proof in a Forum PM to @Giant_leader hat I have paid $15,000 for the sole ownership of charlestown within 24 hours of this contract's approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @Giant_leader affirms that, before these contract terms, is the legal and rightful owner of “charlestown”, that no one else has a right to ownership of the town, and has the right to sell complete ownership of “charlestown”.

2. @Giant_leader will give complete ownership of the town “charlestown” to @goblizz.
   1. @Giant_leader will add @goblizz to the town mayor perms; if not done so already, this must be done within 24 hours from approval.
   2. @goblizz will remove @Giant_leader from the town mayor within 24 hours of approval, if not done so already.
3. @Giant_leader will not reclaim the town. In the event the towns are reclaimed, the following shall apply:
   1. User may not add or remove any locks.
   2. User may not add or remove any owners or members.
   3. User may not sell the town.
   4. User may not file LWC removals on any member of the town.
4. @Giant_leader will not troll lock LWC lockable items within the towns, and if any locks are requested to be removed, shall assist in removing them asap.
   1. User will endeavor to remove any LWC locks that user may have in the town before the contract date.
   2. In the event that any LWC locks by user are found, user will return to remove lock at buyer’s request.
5. @Giant_leader will assist with services that requires the establishing owner to be temporarily added back as a mayor of the towns, will help complete the service, and shall be expected to be removed from the town with @goblizz still in possession.
   1. Services include filing applications for town features required by the establishing owner, and helping to re-add @goblizz as owner if something should happen where @goblizz is wrongfully removed.
6. @Giant_leader consents that @goblizz, or a third party hired by @goblizz, may transfer the town or use a Tycoon+ town claim or using the town transfer application to claim the territory for any reason.
   1. If explicitly directed by @goblizz , @Giant_leader will cooperate in creating/assisiting in creating the proper contract for a Town Claim to be used.
   2. @Giant_leader affirms that this contract is enough and proper evidence, in cohesion with the screenshots provided by @goblizz in the Forum PM, to file a town transfer application in the Presidents+ Application forum at any time @goblizz wishes to do so.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
