GN: @cartoonr Users Involved in this Contract: @Lucidious18 @cartoonr General Purpose of Contract: The purpose of this contract is for me (@cartoonr) to sell @Lucidious18 three towns for the price of 220 nether stars. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will be selling the towns of Builderland1, Builderland2 and Builderland3 to @Lucidious18 and will trade these towns for 220 nether stars. Within 48 hours of the binding of this contract, @Lucidious18 will sell the nether stars to a trade sign located at the coordinates X: -4663 Z: 69 Y: -6409 in legacy. This is also accessible by the command /warp Hillcrest. Within 48 hours of @Lucidious18 selling the 220 nether stars to the sign, I will add @Lucidious18 as owner of all three towns listed and will then remove himself, leaving @Lucidious18 sole owner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Lucidious18 will sell the 220 nether stars to a trade sign located at the coordinates X: -4663 Z: 69 Y: -6409 in legacy, acting as payment for the 3 towns; Builderland1, Builderland2 and Builderland3. This is also accessible by the command /warp Hillcrest. Within 48 hours of @Lucidious18 selling the nether stars to the sign, @cartoonr will add @Lucidious18 as owner of all three towns listed and will then remove @cartoonr , leaving @Lucidious18 sole owner. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree to the above.
