IGN: @monkeyBUTT244 Users Involved in this Contract: @AdmiralD General Purpose of Contract: Transfer of the towns Stratholme, Stratholme2 and Stratholme4 from @monkeyBUTT244 to @AdmiralD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will add @AdmiralD as a region owner of Stratholme, Stratholme2 and Stratholme4 in world within 24 hours of receiving the payment. I will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @AdmiralD will become the new legal owner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @AdmiralD will transfer amount $80,000 to @monkeyBUTT244 within 24 hours of the contract's approval. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I have agreed though it is entirely possible that the ability to claim may have to be edited per my previous experiences If you do have to edit, please add that you will remove all personal locks within three days @monkeyBUTT244 as well.
Hello @monkeyBUTT244! Couple of things with this contract: 1. The town "Stratholme3" does not exist. 2. Since you are not the original owner of any of said towns, you " @monkeyBUTT244 " can't sell the rights to a town transfer/claim. Please fix the above, then we can continue with the contract! Also @AdmiralD must re-agree to the new terms after updated.
Fixed the first part, and as for the second part I am partially the original owner as per this contract: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/sale-of-three-towns-to-monkeybutt244.170626/ . Would that not count?
@monkeyBUTT244 Unfortunately the contract "https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/sale-of-three-towns-to-monkeybutt244.170626/" Only shows that you will be given the opportunity to file for a town transfer application, after the contract was approved. Seeing as though you have not filed for the transfer, you will are not the original owner.
@AdmiralD @monkeyBUTT244 Sorry for the mistake, but i accidental approved the contract without @AdmiralD re-agreeing to the new terms. Once @AdmiralD agrees, then the contract will be re approved.
