[Contract] Safe Sale of an Eff7 (Star Pick)

General Purpose of Contract: To ensure the safe sale of an Eff7 Star Pick over 9 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @subxplorer will give @TheZombieMuffin my Eff7 Pick, (Eff 7 Unbreak 3 Silk touch 1) with Item ID # IO38GEES within 1 hour after the contract is approved and the down payment of 100K is received.

I will remain as the owner of the Eff7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES until the entire payment plan has been paid off.

I will transfer the ownership of the Eff7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES to @TheZombieMuffin within 24 hours of receiving the complete $1,000,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@TheZombieMuffin will pay $100k upfront (within 1 hour of this contract being approved).

@TheZombieMuffin will pay 900K in nine weekly payments of 100k. The payments will be made to signs set up in Legacy World at coordinates (X -8017, Y 67, Z -3880) The payments are due on the dates outlined below:

Week 1 - 100K - 5/18/2016
Week 2 - 100K - 5/25/2016
Week 3 - 100K - 6/1/2016
Week 4 - 100K - 6/8/2016
Week 5 - 100K - 6/15/2016
Week 6 - 100K - 6/22/2016
Week 7 - 100K - 6/29/2016
Week 8 - 100K - 7/6/2016
Week 9 - 100K - 7/13/2016

@TheZombieMuffin will not rent, sell, or transfer this Eff7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES to anyone else until the full amount has been paid off.

If @TheZombieMuffin loses/breaks the Eff7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES, he will continue to pay off the full payment plan.

The payment plan will end should one of the two following cases come to apply.

1. If a payment is more than 3 days late, a complaint will be filed and @TheZombieMuffin will have to give the Eff7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES back to @subxplorer without any refunds.

2. @TheZombieMuffin agrees that if any conditions of this contract are broken, he will have to return the Eff 7 Pick with item ID # IO38GEES back to @subxplorer without any refunds.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
