IGN: @OlympiansAreGods Users Involved in this Contract: @OlympiansAreGods & @Alec_Palacio18 General Purpose of Contract: To ensure the safety of a town claim purchase from @Alec_Palacio18 to @OlympiansAreGods then transfer the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @Alec_Palacio18 to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @OlympiansAreGods Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @OlympiansAreGods , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @Alec_Palacio18 $180,000 ECD by 18/6/16 (British Date). I @OlympiansAreGods will pay the user @Alec_Palacio18 $50,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contracts approval and then I @OlympiansAreGods will pay the remaining $130,000 ECD to @Alec_Palacio18 by 18/6/16. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @Alec_Palacio18 , agree to add the user '@OlympiansAreGods' as technical owner to the town of 'Aquaria' within 24 hours of the acceptance of my Tycoon+ claim application I will be making on the town. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system. 3. I @Alec_Palacio18 will apply for the town to be claimed by me within 24 hours of this contracts approval. 4. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process for tycoons+. 5. I @Alec_Palacio18 will not try to claim the town back once given to @OlympiansAreGods. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
