I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay Hlazler_55 the sum of $10,000 per home sold in the town of Tvestia until $110,000 is paid to him. There is no deadline for this payment as the project is still being working on and there is no ETA of finishing yet. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Hlazler will pay me, crossfire26, the sum of $70,000 to put towards the town. He will receive $110,000 total when 11 homes are sold ($110,000). I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
