IGN: @Gmoneyman118 Users Involved in this Contract: @Cole_The_Crazy General Purpose of Contract: Apartment Rent I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @Cole_The_Crazy a standard apartment domicile of his choice at my apartment in exchange for his agreement to give me what is required below. $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. He may quit use of the apartment domicile at any time but may not cancel within 2 weeks of signing and agreeing to this contract. If he does cancel early then he will pay the remaining rent of the 2 mandatory weeks. Example: He cancels on the first day of week 2 meaning he must pay all of week 2's rent because it was a mandatory week. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Cole_The_Crazy must provide $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. He may quit use of the apartment domicile at any time but may not cancel within 2 weeks of signing and agreeing to this contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
