    Users Involved in this Contract:
    @RANDOM2580

    General Purpose of Contract:
    @RANDOM2580 agrees to transfer the permanent technical ownership of already existing town PyroPhoenix: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/new-owner-random2580-pyrophoenix.13930/ to @AdmiralD so he can use a town transfer application on it.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I, @AdmiralD agree to provide $90k to @RANDOM2580 upon contract approval.
    I, @AdmiralD will provide the contract (This contract), and once the contract is signed and locked, I will become the permanent 'technical' owner, and am able to do as I see fit with the town, including claiming it via a town transfer application.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @RANDOM2580 confirms there are no other owners or members of PyroPhoenix at the time of contract agreement.
    @RANDOM2580 will upon payment immediately perform these commands:
    /rg addowner PyroPhoenix AdmiralD
    /rg removeowner PyroPhoenix RANDOM2580
    In the event @RANDOM2580 fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately and that failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
    @RANDOM2580 agrees to remove all personal locks including trade signs within 3 days from the town of PyroPhoenix
    @RANDOM2580 agrees that @AdmiralD can do whatever he wants with the town PyroPhoenix in Legacy, that he will become the permanent 'technical' owner, and this is proof of agreement that he can use in a Town Transfer application.

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
    Yes.

    This is an example of the format required for your agreement:

    I, as another party to this contract, agree to the terms laid out for me to uphold, and understand that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract:
    <Agreement to the terms laid out in the contract post, yes or no.>
