I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: As soon as the contract has been accepted, I (@Imabankthing) will pay user @GLORIOUSTACO69 the sum of $50,000 ECD. This payment is made for the full technical ownership of @GLORIOUSTACO69 president town to be named (colebex_mk4) and placed at the following coords in legacy. Post A x -10395 y 69 z 6429 Post B x - 10195 y 63 z 6429 Post C x - 10195 y 74 z 6229 Post D x -10395 y 68 z 6229 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: (@GLORIOUSTACO69) As soon as the full payment of $50,000 ECD is received @GLORIOUSTACO69 will grant full, exclusive technical ownership to @Imabankthing for the town to be named colebex_mk4 @GLORIOUSTACO69 will add @Imabankthing as the owner of the region. @GLORIOUSTACO69 will then remove themselves as owner of the region @GLORIOUSTACO69 Also forfeits: the right to re-claiming the town in the future through messaging a GA+ and requesting the ownership back. @GLORIOUSTACO69 also agrees that the full amount of $50,000 ECD will be refunded should the request for the president town be unsuccesful I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @Imabankthing, there was twice it did not tag @GLORIOUSTACO69's name. Once had a double @@ and the other his name was spelled wrong. Could you please fix these tagging issues. Once they are fixed, could you, @GLORIOUSTACO69 agree again? Thanks!
