[Contract] Purchase of Melon Sword

General Purpose of Contract:

Secure the Payment Plan of @Vrrt's Melon Sword to @Sharpi3loko.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@Sharpi3loko will pay $200,000 ECD to @Vrrt within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
@Sharpi3loko agrees to make payments of $200,000 ECD every week for 8 weeks due March 9,16,23,30 April 6,13,20,27 US Eastern Time, at OakValley1 in Main Rising (Coords: x-3752 y64 z-12,362).
If any payment is missed weekly, a late fee of $1,000 will be added to each missed payment. If the full payment of $1,800,000 is not made by April 30th, 2019(US Eastern Time), a late fee of $50,000 will be added to the amount due as well as repossession of the Melon Sword and @Sharpi3loko will be given a punishment deemed necessary by ECC Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Vrrt will give the Melon Sword with the ID #jrh9kzfx to @Sharpi3loko immediately after completing the payment of $200,000 and ownership of the Melon Sword after the full amount of $1,800,000 ECD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
