You need to add to add a timeframe for when you will pay @nubble12 and when @nubble12 will remove himself as owner. Also its a good idea to pay him before the application goes through, as he wont have the proper amount of money for mayor.

Hello @Miukii before this contract can be approved a few things need to be changed This timeframe can't be used because you have no idea when the mayor app will be approved. _brandt_ has nothing to do with this contract from my understanding of it. Please explain wat this means or change this clause. There are 2 different timeframes for the posting of the mayor app and do you have to pay him 85k or 86k? Also the purpose of the contract is to be the agreement before the deal, therefore all the terms within it should be completed after the contract approval, not before as you did. Once these things are changed @nubble12 please re-agree.
