General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @maroiogog 's msword to @ThomasVerth

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
i @maroiogog agree to lend a msword (eff5 silk1 unb 3, id.#I9CY7RF6) to @ThomasVerth for a week from this contract being signed.
I @maroiogog agree to give @ThomasVerth the msword within 1 hour from this contract being signed


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ThomasVerth agrees to pay me @maroiogog 100.000ecd within 1hour from the moment he got the msword.
@ThomasVerth agrees to return the msowrd within 1 week from this contract being approved at the chest located at /warp norway ( -5048 68 6340 in rising)
@ThomasVerth agrees that if the msword is broken/lost he'll owe @maroiogog 1.2mil ecd or a new msword+100k ecd within 2 months of this contract being signed.
@ThomasVerth agrees that if he's 1 or more days late returning the msword he'll owe @maroiogog 100k ontop of the rental fee.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may notbe taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
