IGN: @erro_syn Users Involved in this Contract: @moepwns123 General Purpose of Contract: purchase of mayor rank in exchange for town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @erro_syn will purchase mayor rank for @moepwns123 (85,000) and will give shareholder status to him at SYNFO, which includes permenant permissions to all of SYNFO Farms (must be labeled SYNFO) as well as a percentage of 50% of the profits if SYNFO should be sold in the future (percentage will be determined at time of sale by how many shareholders are with SYNFO). @erro_syn could you please expand upon what "Shareholder statues" is, also we cannot enforce this user giving you permission to approve the placement of towns within 15 blocks of his town. The user who agrees to a town being placed within a 15 block area MUST be the original or official owner of the town, as this part of the contract goes directly against our server rules i must ask that it be removed from the contract.
