IGN: @Mission001 Users Involved in this Contract: @TimmyChoi General Purpose of Contract: Add extension of a previous contract located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-mission001-timmychoi.113729/ I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Mission001 will wait to be repayed 75k until the end of the day (8th December) and will add additional late fees (5k per day up to 7 days) to avoid having to make a complaint about @TimmyChoi If @TimmyChoi does not repay me by the 16th December (including 35k late fees) a file will be issued. @TimmyChoi can pay off the money as soon as possible and wont have to pay the full 7 days worth of late fees, just what is own to @Mission001 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @TimmyChoi must pay back 75k by the 8th December or late fees will incur. Late fees will consist of 5k per day up to 7 days If the full repayment of 110k (35k late fees) hasnt been payed by the 16th December (7 Days after original contract), a complaint will be made. @TimmyChoi can pay off the money as soon as possible and wont have to pay the full 7 days worth of late fees, just what is own to @Mission001 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
