General Purpose of Contract:
Purchased in auction,
@steveshizzle agrees to transfer his ownership of the already existing town Mesatropolis: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-town-application.84306/#post-412950 to @gstoner3 for the price of $67k.

I, gstoner3, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @gstoner3 agree to provide $67k to @steveshizzle upon contract approval.
I, @gstoner3 will provide the contract (This contract), and once the contract is signed and locked, I will become the owner of said town, and am able to do as I see fit with the town, including claiming it via a town transfer application.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@steveshizzle confirms there are no other owners of Mesatropolis at the time of contract agreement.
@steveshizzle will upon payment immediately perform these commands:
/rg addowner Mesatropolis gstoner3
/rg removeowner Mesatropolis Steveshizzle
In the event @steveshizzle fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately and that failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
@steveshizzle agrees to remove all personal locks including trade signs within 3 days from the town of Mesatropolis.
@steveshizzle agrees that @gstoner3 can do whatever he wants with the town Mesatropolis in Rising, that he will become the sole owner, and this is proof of agreement that he can use in a Town Transfer application in addition to the Original Owner's (zjkhan) approval. (not needed at this time)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Steve has had a busy schedule for the last week with finals, so I am hoping the coming week will be easier for him to get online and complete this contract.
