General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Melon Sword Rental.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give lukewhicker my Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 Sword to use for 2 hours after being paid 9k. After the time is up, he will give the Eff5 Unb3 Silktouch1 sword back.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. lukewhicker will NOT break the Sword.
2. lukewhicker will NOT loose the Sword.
3. Each transfer of the Sword for e-repairs MUST be through a chest.
4. The transfer of the Sword from myself to him and him to myself MUST be through a chest.
5. lukewhicker must ONLY get e-repairs from MYSELF, Falconaire, nickel, seawiiplay, tomkellycreeper, acidspiral, or oreo1227, snackmac, or any moderator+. If none of these users are able to, user can use another TRUSTED user to erepair it.
6. lukewhicker will not sell the Sword.
7. lukewhicker will pay me 9k ECD.

If any of these 7 rules are broken, or my Efficiency 5, Silk touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Sword is not returned in 2 hours of when this contract is approved, lukewhicker will have 2 weeks to pay 600k ecd or a new Eff5, Silk1, Unb3 sword to me.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
