I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree not to scam @TimmyChoi and rent him my startool "melon sword" 1 hour, he'll pay me $5000 ECD and i'll give him the startool "melon sword". I'll give him free enchanted repairs for the startool only in that hour. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @TimmyChoi must pay me the $5000 ECD when starting the time and give me the startool when time is up (1 hour).
