[Contract] Magic Rod Access

Terms of the Contract:

I, @Ancastal, will give access to a chest with the Magic Rod (ID #KF23RB2K) to @JRigz18 within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified and @JRigz18 agrees not to loan or give the Magic Rod to anyone other than @Ancastal and the chest.

@JRigz18 agrees to transfer in game 5,000,000 ECD to @Ancastal within 24 hours of this contract being approved and then pay 5,000,000 ECD every 28 days after that, thus the next payment will be on November 19th 2020.

@JRigz18 and @Ancastal will return the tool by placing it in the chest in Valt410 at coordinates X -14,331 , Y 65 , Z -11,519 when they are not using it and before they log out.

If @Ancastal is online and wants to use the tool, @JRigz18 will give it to him but @Ancastal will make sure that the rod is available for @JRigz18 to use for at least 8 hours a day.

If the tool is broken or gets lost by @JRigz18, @JRigz18 will be required to pay 120,000,000 ECD to @Ancastal in four months as compensation.

Either party can choose to end the contract, by giving notice of the decision one week before next payment is due. In that event, @JRigz18 will lose access to the chest and to the tool. @JRigz18 won't have to continue with the payments.

I have fixed it. Is it better like this? I don’t care how he pays as long as he pays but I have added “in game” now.

For your question, Jrigz pays and shares with me the magic rod for as long as we want. We can decide to terminate the contract any time giving notice of the decision one week before the next payment.
