General Purpose of Contract:
To provide @LaserBadger with a loan of 110k ecodollars

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @generaljoecool will agree to all terms as listed below

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon the contract approval, @generaljoecool will pay @LaserBadger 110,000 ecodollars and @LaserBadger can use that money in any way he sees fit. @LaserBadger will be required to pay $2,000 ecodollars back everyday to the sign located at 5379 77 -10946 until a total of 120,000 has been repaid. @LaserBadger will have a leeway of three days of missed payments before @generaljoecool will file any complaint against him. @LaserBadger will be responsible for taking a timestamped screenshot each times he pays the sign. If @LaserBadger pays any extra money to the sign, it will not be counted towards the next day payment.

If @LaserBadger fails to make the payments and @generaljoecool files a complaint, @LaserBadger will give up all claims of ownership to the town of Kastenz(app here) and @generaljoecool will become the new legal owner, in lieu of @LaserBadger getting banned for the missed payments. If the town of Kastenz is collected due to missed payments, @LaserBadger will be forgiven of all remaining payments on the loan, and @LaserBadger will not be able to claim any of the past loan payments to @generaljoecool.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
