General Purpose of Contract:
safe transfer of money and return with interest, (loan)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @_Bankai $500,000ECD upon contracts acceptance. I will set up a sign in the town of SoulKingdom in Rising, at coordinates 13611 64 10153. This sign will be buying 26 dirt for 25000 ECD each. This totals to $650,000 ECD, which is the amount needed to pay back the loan. I, @monkeyBUTT244, will not attempt to file a complaint before the time allotted for repayment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@_Bankai has 6 weeks as of initial payment of $500,000 ECD to pay back $650,000 ECD at the trade sign earlier mentioned. Screenshots with time stamps will be taken of the in-game agreement as well as payment of ECD to use as proof if money fails to be paid. There will be no additional late fees, and @_Bankai understands that if money fails to be repaid the day after the 6 week time limit, I will file a complaint, and the staff team will most likely take action accordingly.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
